State authorities usually consider an application for entry into the register of employment agencies within 2 weeks.

 

How to submit an application for entry into the register of employment agencies?

An application for entry into the employment register can be submitted online, it is necessary to have a PESEL number (Polish identification number) and ePUAP (Electronic Platform of Public Administration Services). In addition, the application can be submitted on paper, also with the help of an attorney.

Career counseling services include:

  • providing assistance in choosing the right profession and place of employment,
  • providing information necessary to make professional decisions, e.g. about professions, the labor market and training and education opportunities,
  • initiating, organizing and conducting group career counseling and classes encouraging active job search,
  • providing employers with assistance in selecting candidates for work – e.g. by providing information and advice in this area.

 

What are temporary work services?

Temporary work, consisting in employing temporary workers and directing these workers and non-employees to perform temporary work. The work is performed for and under the direction of the user employer – on the terms set out in the Act of July 9, 2003 on the employment of temporary workers.
