During the liquidation process, it will be required to draft some accounting documents. Drafting of these documents is not included in the fee specified above.

What is liquidation of a company in Poland?
The liquidation process looks like follows:
STAGE I
- signing notarial deed of opening liquidation
- preparing and signing liquidation opening balance, as well as a financial statements at the date preceding the liquidation;
- making announcement in company gazette about starting the liquidation
- filling application with companies registry for opening the liquidation process
STAGE II
- 6 months waiting period (starting from the date of announcement publications); during this time all company debts (if any) must be paid off
STAGE III
- closing the liquidation (signing shareholders resolution and related documents)
- paying remaining assets into shareholder (if any)
- preparing financial statements of closing the liquidation
- deleting the company from the registry
During the liquidation you will be also require to prepare annual financial statements.
